Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Local Pick-Up (Charlotte, NC)
For local customers, we offer an in-store pickup option at our location:

You will receive an email or message notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Lost or Damaged Packages
PouK Skin Care Center is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at 📩 poukskincarecenter@gmail.com,  with photos of the package and your order number so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, it can be reshipped once a new shipping fee has been paid.
